Communication between the company and its transport staff is often difficult due to changing work locations and geographical distance.
Trapeze offers a variety of solutions for easy communication with the staff: Web-based solutions and solutions using text messaging (SMS) or a speech portal (IVR: interactive voice response). This not only improves communication and the exchange of information, but at the same time makes signing in and time recording much simpler. Employees can access information which is relevant for them, such as duty plans for the week, wage and time compensation accounts, etc. absences, holiday requests and duty requests, and so on can be sent to the planner.
Employees are able to respond to any changes in the duty plan, confirm duty changes, and much more. New or updated duty plans are released by the planner and are immediately available for confirmation or comment by the driver via the intranet or Internet.
