Case Working
Trapeze System’s certification module helps you manage the certification process from initial request to final approval or denial of service. The module includes comprehensive functionality for optimising and documenting the client eligibility process.
- Quickly create, edit or delete requests
- Convert request records into client records with just a mouse click

- Define and monitor client eligibility status and level of service

Certification and case administration is structured, making it easy to handle different forms of assessments parallel in the system. The same client can have different “cases” in the system that are handled by the same or different case officers, e.g. application for disability transport, for patient transport or for school transport.
The Certification Module is browser-based. This means that the case officer only needs an Internet browser and a login to start working.
