Welcome, Buss i Väst AB, Sweden
Århus, Denmark November 30 2011Trapeze Group Europe is pleased to welcome Buss i Väst AB, Sweden, a private bus operating company with 600 busses, among its customers. Buss i Väst AB offers both fixed route transport as well as school transport. The company has undertaken transport within the western part of Sweden, Västtrafik, Länstrafikenbolagen i Örebro, Kalmar and Jönköpings län as well as Skånetrafiken.
Buss i Väst has purchased our Trapeze Planning System for fixed route public transport planning. The system comprises of the following: transport database, GIS, routing and timetable planning, blocking and run cutting including optimisation tools and business information. Import and export modules for data exchange with the planning system used by the Swedish PTAs are included as well. As an option the contract includes Trapeze Operation Management System for daily operation and assignment of vehicles and crew, web based crew information, attendance and payroll calculation. The planning modules are based on Trapeze’s latest web-based NOVUS FX platform.
