Banedanmark chooses Trapeze for employee communicationÅrhus, Denmark - January 24, 2013
Banedanmark, Rail Net Denmark, has purchased the Trapeze Crew SMS, Trapeze Crew App and Trapeze NOVUS Crew Web solutions for optimised internal communication.
The delivery consists of an SMS solution, a smartphone application and a web based interface which the employee can access from computers or tablets. With these solutions, Banedanmark can provide its employees with access to selected information such as general data of the individual employee, working hours, wage statements and company policies. Employees can register overtime and requests for absence without having to fill out documents. Furthermore, employees are able to view their current and future duty plans along with important duty details. Banedanmark and its employees can also at all times exchange information and messages in real time. The employee is able to send a receipt when opening a message thus informing Banedanmark that he has read the message.
The Trapeze Crew SMS, Crew App and NOVUS Crew Web can be used by all types of organisations that have a need for efficient and quick internal communication and attendance registration.
For many years Banedanmark has been using Trapeze System for management and daily allocation of its employees. Banedanmark is responsible for the management of the rail infrastructure, timetable planning, monitoring and coordination of rail operations in Denmark.
